You only get billed for a subscription or option in proportion to the number of days you've used, so it will be less than the normal charge. You might see pro rata billing when:

  • A new subscription or option is added.
  • A subscription is upgraded or changed.
  • A service is cancelled.

Subscriptions:

In the first and last months of your contract, the monthly fee is charged pro rata. So if the subscription is CHF 40.–/month, and you join half way through a month, you'll pay CHF 20.–

Exclusive options:

For some options, billing for part of a month is not possible. This means that, for the first and last months you will pay a full monthly charge.

Please settle all overdue bills immediately to avoid administrative fees.

Page 1 shows your details, an overview of the charges, and when to pay (by the 28th of the month). Overdue bills are  itemised separately and included in the total amount due.

Your BVR payment slip will not specify a payment amount (see example below). This allows you to choose how much you pay of the total amount due. Payments made by BVR will be applied to the longest outstanding overdue amount.
