How do I install the MySalt app?
To install the MySalt app, simply connect to the App Store or Play Store and install it from there.
What are the features of the MySalt app?
You can access your Salt Mobile or Salt Home account, view and pay your bills, access the latest events on your billing account and view your usage. You can also view your personal offers, manage your personal information, configure your subscription, purchase Data Packs, block or order a new SIM card, etc.
I cannot log in, what I can do?
In order to log in, you must have a Salt customer account.
If you are already using the My Account service (my.salt.ch), you can use the same login details.
