Where can I purchase Data Packs?
You can search and purchase Data Packs via:
- MySalt app
- My Account
- Costcontrol.salt.ch/status (not via Wi-Fi, free to access this page)
When will my pack expire?
The expiry date of your pack is calculated based on the date of the first use of the pack. For example, if you purchase a Canada 7-Day Data Pack on 1 July and start using it on 2 July, the pack will expire on 8 July, i.e. 7 days after 2 July.
Where do I monitor the consumption of my pack?
You can monitor the consumption of your pack in MySalt app or My Account.
I have used up the 5 GB high-speed data of my 7-Day Data Pack, what happens now?
You still have unlimited data for 7 days. After the 5 GB high-speed data is used up, you will have unlimited data at reduced speed of 128 kbit/s.
If you want to continue to access the internet with high speed, please purchase a new Data Pack.
I want a Data Pack for France, but I only see EUROPE Data Packs, is this normal?
Yes, France is part of the EUROPE zone, and when you need data or voice in a EUROPE zone country, you will use a EUROPE Data Pack or Voice & Data Pack.
This pack can be shared among all the different EUROPE zone countries. For example, with a EUROPE 7-Day Data Pack (5 GB high-speed and then reduced speed), you can use 2 GB high-speed data in France and 3 GB high-speed data in Germany.
I have allowance in the EUROPE zone with my subscription. In what order is my Data Pack consumed.
The data is consumed when the expiry date is the closest (except for the Data DayPass). For example, on the 1st of the month, a 7-Day Data Pack will be consumed before your subscription allowance. On the 25th of the month, your subscription allowance will be consumed before your 7-Day Data Pack.
I have an active Data DayPass, when should I purchase a Data Pack?
When you have an active Data DayPass, please consume your 1 GB high-speed data before purchasing your 7-Day Data Pack. If you purchase a Data Pack before having used up the 1 GB high-speed of the Data DayPass, the data will then be consumed from the Data Pack and no longer from the Data DayPass.
Can I purchase packs in advance?
Yes, you can purchase as many packs as you want. They will be consumed by order of expiry date.
