How do the Internet Add-Ons work?

When you upgrade your subscription with an Add-On, it will be active immediately and automatically renewed at the end of the billing period, unless you deactivate it. Add-Ons are billed from the 1st of the month to the 31st for private and business customers. If you activate or deactivate an Add-On during a billing period, you will still have to pay the full monthly fees. The activation and the deactivation of an Add-On take place immediately.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between an Add-On and a Data Pack?

An Add-On is a service you subscribe to, it is automatically renewed each month.

A Data Pack is valid for the next 365 days after the purchase. Once the data volume included is used up, you will have to purchase another Data Pack to get more data.

How do I activate an Internet Add-On?

You can activate directly in My Account or by sending an SMS with the specific keywords from each add-on (e.g. START INTERNETEUROPE if you want the Europe Add-On) to 5155.

When does my Add-On become active?

Immediately after activation. You can start surfing right away.

How long is my Add-On valid?

Each Add-On is billed monthly and renews automatically unless you deactivate it.

Can I deactivate an Add-On anytime?

Yes. Deactivation is immediate, but the monthly fee still applies for the current billing period. You can deactivate via my account or by sending a SMS with the specific keyword for your chosen Add-On (e.g. STOP INTERNETTRAVEL to 5155).
