    We can send you a shipping package.

    Your device and warranty document, or proof of purchase, to register. Please note: errors in submitted data can lead to delays.

  • Your data

    All data is usually lost during repairs so back everything up before sending us your device. We don't accept liability for lost or damaged data.

How it works

1. Repair registration

Enter the device information and your exact address.

2. Print your documents

When you've saved the order, we'll email your order documents. Please print them out.

3. Pack your device

Place your device and the documents in the same package. If you don't have a shipping package, we can send you one within 2 working days, free of charge.

4. Post the package

Take your package to the nearest post office.
