What do you need to know?
- The activation will be done:
- For new customers: in maximum 2 workdays after the Salt Home services get activated.
- For an existing customer: next Tuesday or Thursday after the request has been submitted.
- A notification by email will be sent to inform the customer about the activation of the package.
- The deactivation will be done at the end of the billing period (end of the month).
- The customer can cancel an order (before activation) at any time by sending an email to email@example.com providing the contractor number and the package to be cancelled.
- Once the package is activated, the customer can cancel it at any time via the online form available in My Account. The deactivation will be executed at the end of the billing cycle (end of the month).
