1. How can I get Salt Business TV with my Pro Office subscription?
Salt Business TV can be easily added to your Pro Office plan. If you’re already a Pro Office customer, contact our Customer Service at 0800 700 550 to activate it. If you’re a new customer, simply select the TV option when ordering your Pro Office subscription online or when subscribing in a Salt Store.
2. Which equipment is available and how much does it cost?
You can choose between an Apple TV 4K or a Salt TV Box.
A one-time activation fee of CHF 138.71 (excl. VAT) applies for the Apple TV.
Please note that the Smart TV app and Salt TV online portal are not available with Pro Office.
3. How is the TV service activated?
Once your order is confirmed, our technical team will handle the activation and notify you as soon as your TV service is ready to use.
4. How is the TV option billed and can I cancel it?
The monthly TV fee is added directly to your Pro Office invoice, allowing you to manage all services in one place.
You can cancel the option with 30 days’ notice to the end of any month by contacting our Customer Service.
5. Can Salt Business TV be used in public or shared spaces?
No. The service is for private use only and cannot be shown in public places such as cafés, hotels, restaurants, or waiting rooms.
