What is Mobile Security and who can use it?
Mobile Security is an app that protects against online attacks, viruses, and spyware. It is available for all Salt mobile customers (except SURF data plan).
Which devices are supported?
Compatible with iOS (9.0+) and Android (4.2+).
How do I activate Mobile Security?
After subscription, you receive an activation SMS. If not received, contact Customer Care.
What happens if I change phone or number?
If you change your phone but keep the same number, simply reinstall the app. If you change your number, you must activate the service again on the new line.
Does Mobile Security impact battery or collect my data?
No. The app has minimal impact on battery and does not collect your personal data or browsing history. All data is encrypted for full confidentiality.
Serenity
How do I upgrade from Mobile Security to Serenity?
You can upgrade easily via My Business Account. The change is applied automatically and seamlessly.
Can Serenity be shared across multiple lines?
No. It is linked to one subscription and one phone number. Each line must subscribe separately.
How can I check my Serenity benefits?
Balances are not displayed online. Please contact Customer Care to check remaining benefits.
How does the CHF 250 compensation work?
It is not a credit or voucher. The CHF 250 reserve is used exclusively to cover unforeseen data roaming charges.
What happens if I don’t use all my Serenity benefits?
They are valid only during the contract period. Any unused benefits are not carried over when the subscription is renewed.
