Which internet data volume should you choose?

 

Your data consumption depends on your internet usage. If you only go online occasionally to consult social networks or carry out a few searches, a 5 GB mobile subscription is all you need. Do you use your smartphone to send e-mails, listen to podcasts and sometimes make video calls? Choose a 10 GB or 50 GB mobile internet subscription. On the other hand, if you’re ultra-connected and love streaming your favourite series, choose a subscription with unlimited internet.

 

How do I cancel my old subscription?

 

Before cancelling your old mobile subscription, check that the notice period specified in your previous contract has been respected. Contact your provider to find out how to proceed. When you take out a subscription with Salt, you have the option of asking us to transfer your number. You can continue to use the same SIM card until the transfer is complete. We will send you an SMS to inform you of the transfer date. Keep your new SIM card handy so that you can insert it as soon as your previous provider stops its service.
